We believe that it is better to hire smart, quality-oriented personnel at a higher wage than to hire inexpensive and less experienced personnel. Our mission is to provide high-quality construction at reasonable prices for the luxury market. We want to make sure that while we are doing this we are able to provide superior customer service, attention to detail, and maintain our schedule. We are able to provide all of this by hiring the best personnel available.
We also employ the best team of finely skilled carpenters, without whom we would not be able to provide such fine details and solid construction features.
